I wrote this song about a man who commited suicide in front of his family. He was in a toxic relationship and his wife said she was glad he was gone when he died. This song is about how the poison from our mouths can destroy lives. It's important how we chose to treat each other because each of us was born with inherent dignity and value. Suicide is devastating and once it happens it's final and the decision can't be undone.
